I am happy to announce that you can now follow The Licensing Plate headlines on Twitter. If you are interested, you can subscribe via the link in the right column. The address is: twitter.com/hitchandplow. Please note, as many as 40-50 headlines could be sent out on any given day. I mention this because I certainly do not want to clog up people’s accounts with unwanted Tweets.
Thanks as always.
And thank you for reading.

Welcome to The Licensing Plate. The idea behind this blog is simple, aggregate all of the news and commentary relevant to those of us in the rights and clearances business, then sort this information by category to optimize for relevance and searchability.
We will do this on a daily basis so that you don’t have to. Either because you do not have the time, or because you do not have an interest in searching through dozens of trade magazines, newspapers, websites and blogs for the news most important to you. Whether a licensee or a licensor, it is our intention to aggregate and to present to you what you need to know.
In the future we intend to add interviews, articles and other original content. In the meantime, we hope you find this blog to be a useful tool and we look forward to your daily visits. Please feel free to reach out to us via the Contact section with any comments or suggestions. We look forward to hearing from you.
