The Justice Department announced Tuesday it had gotten guilty pleas from Joshua Evans and Jeremy Andrew of NinjaVideo, a Web site Justice says allowed millions of users to illegally download digital copies of copyrighted TV shows and movies.

they pleaded guilty so that must definitely mean that they really are guilty. Piracy is a crime anyway!

The thing that happen to the two person mentioned here is just a proof that piracy and copy write is a serious crime. One should think first before venturing this type of business.

I agree that piracy nowadays are really rampant, but the thing is.. a lot of people making piracy their business.

I guess they just got what they deserve. Although I know they’re not the only one’s that profited and are still profiting by doing this type of illegal thing. Piracy, if not stopped, will definitely affect the quality of movies being made in the future.
