Trademark Trouble for RIM Over New “BBX” Name

The tough times keep on comin’ for BlackBerry-maker RIM. Just days after the company unveiled the new name for its upcoming BlackBerry platform, “BBX,” software-company BASIS is claiming trademark violations and taking legal action.
